1 month

I can't believe we brought Jaxon home 5 weeks ago, today. He is such a sweet little boy.

A lot of my friends who've just had babies have posted promises that they won't consume their blogs with pictures of the baby.... blah blah blah. They obviously have more exciting lives than me. Jaxon is my whole life right now, nothing else is going on, so I promise I WILL consume my blog with pictures of Jaxon! At least until something more exciting happens... which may be never! Most of the people who read this blog are family members that live far away, so I can't see that they'd mind! :)

Tyler's parents stayed with us for 10 days, so here are some pictures of the rest of their trip with us.

Our Christmas picture

We ate dinner at Haleiwa harbor at sunset. GORGEOUS!

Yummy!

Father son pictures. This is the outfit Tyler wore when he was blessed. If I had known Tyler's mom had this, and it was still in such good condition, I would have dressed Jaxon in it when he was blessed. But we bought his blessing outfit just before we left Utah and packed it in the container so we couldn't return it. Can you imagine Tyler that small?!?!

3 generations.

Those are hand-knitted booties!!

My parents' tree

Sorry this it sideways. LOVE the look on his face: "MOM, I'm DONE with pictures!!!"

Tyler took his parents to the Temple in Laie. As soon as they gave their camera to this guy to take a picture, it started pouring rain. They all came home wet and wrinkly.

Our tree! This is our very first live tree EVER!

Sunset at the boat ramp in our neighborhood.

Walking around the block.

Daddy giving Jaxon a bath.

My cousin Leah's wedding.

Last sunset in Hawaii for Tyler's parents.

Darn sideways pictures..... He has such a strong neck!

One month old on December 11

This is how he sleeps a lot. SO cute!!

Cute baby features....

Curly hair. He's losing it SO fast!!

This ear hair (there used to be a lot more) is how I knew he was mine in the hospital.

Hanging out with Grandpa

Chillin' with Grandma

Getting hand and foot-prints. This is MUCH harder than it looks! Babies like to curl their hand up!

Life with a baby. How WONDERFUL!!

Watching the BYU bowl game with Aunty Jennie! GO GRAHAM!!

The last 2 weeks

The last two weeks have flown by, and have also been the longest of my life :) Jaxon has brought so much joy to our lives. He is such an easy baby. He hardly ever cries, so when he does, I know he really needs something. I love just sitting and watching him sleep. He sleeps ALL day long, and all night. He'll go 8 hours if we let him. We did it once, just to see, before I freaked out and woke him up to eat. I LOVE when he sits with me, wide awake, and just looks around. He's so curious. He LOVES when Tyler walks him around and shows him everything. Tyler is such an amazing dad. He loves Jaxon so much, and Jaxon loves hanging out with him. Here are some pictures from the last 2 weeks.

We needed to supplement him a little because of the jaundice he had. We're all good now!

He's been lifting his head since he was about 15 minutes old. He does so good with tummy time. He got this present in the mail the other day. It's a tummy time surfboard mat.

This is how dad (Tyler) carries him around to show him everything. He LOVES it!

More tummy time with cousin Logan. Logan is 3 1/2 months older than Jaxon. He used to look SO little, then Jaxon was born, now Logan looks HUGE!!! They are both so cute, and I can't wait until they can play together!!

Happy Thanksgiving to me :)

Tyler's parents flew in on Thanksgiving. This is their first time meeting Jaxon!

We blessed Jaxon right before Thanksgiving dinner, in the fale, surrounded by family. This is the little blessing outfit he wore. It was really big on him, but still perfect!

Thanksgiving day was our 5 year anniversary. What a great day! I'll never forget it!

Aren't my boys adorable?!
